Nuage's web CRM suite offers a wide range of advanced tools. Because of the complexity of the product, it was important to develop a unique mobile experience which focused on the features that would provide the most value on-the-go, rather than aiming for complete parity.

User interviews, analysis of usage data, moderated testing.
Translate user needs into an intuitive and usable design, create and document all UX patterns, interface elements, and copy, then coordinate international development teams while ensuring high-quality delivery.
High levels of adoption and a lift in NPS. Additionally I leveraged the new value offering to increase conversion of our marketing page. .
